Thomas Becker Thomas Becker has a Master Degree in Law from the University of Copenhagen in 1986. He has had a long career within the Danish Public Service with management positions in the ministries of Climate & Energy, Environment and Foreign Affairs. His core competencies covers expertise in environment, energy and climate change management as well as thorough knowledge and experience in international negotiation- and co-operation-procedures, in particular obtained in the EU, OECD, IEA and the UN.
